The History of the Old Holland Color Factory

In 1664, a collective of Dutch master painters founded Old Holland, a company that continues to produce colors according to traditional recipes. To guarantee product quality, the company uses innovative technologies. The pigments are a combination of the best traditional colors and the highest performing pigments. Colors that were no longer available on the market or were not lightfast were replaced by newly developed lightfast alternatives.
